Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer a 30-day retail warranty for every jewelry item with any imperfection involved in packaging, shipping, and wear of the product within those first 30-days. Our warranty offers a replacement item of the same SKU, size, or equal value item that is suitable.
All orders that are returned for a refund are subject to a $15 RESTOCKING FEE. We understand that this may be frustrating, and we are happy to do our best to accommodate.
The restocking fee covers cost, time and labor required to process the return. As a small business retailer, especially dealing with jewelry and fine accessories, we would never want to resell any product being returned to us with blemishes, defects, or imperfections. This restocking fee exists so that it may offset some of the loss we take on and help protect us to continue creating great quality products.
Thank you for understanding why we have this fee, as we will constantly try our best to deliver the best.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Final Sale Items
- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
- Store credit for our shop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Currently, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for all International Orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. We strongly encourage you to measure out all jewelry sizes in advance in order to avoid any size issues. Thank you for your understanding.
